About the President
Michael Allen, President of MAZCAN Enterprises, has significant work experience in the training and human service arenas. He has vast experience in program development and implementation, professional training, qualitative and quantitative research as well as student success advocacy. His areas of focus range from mental health, violence intervention, business development, team building and professional development.
Mr. Allen founded MAZCAN Enterprises in June of 2010 after successful experiences as a Consultant for the US Department of Health and Human Services, Program Support Center where he aided the Federal Occupational Health Administration acquire over $11 million in revenue through the sales of Work Life Services, Employee Assistance Programs and Occupational Health Services. Prior to this, Mr. Allen was an Account Manager for Business Health Services. There he provided employee consultation to key human resource personnel and C-Suite executives addressing company and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) needs.
Mr. Allen also developed trainings on common workplace and personal issues such as Violence in the Workplace, Effective Communication and Coping with Change commonly associated with mergers and acquisitions, addiction and work life balance. He’s passionate about educating professionals to be the best they can be in order to make better individuals, communities and organizations.
